Shipping Damage Guarantee – Handicraft Statues
All items are carefully packed with proper protective materials and delviered to our customers safely. In the rare case of shipping damage, we offer a replacement only.

To be eligible for a damage claim, a box-opening video recorded at the time of delivery (before use) is mandatory.

Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Our team will review the video to confirm if the damage occurred during shipping.

If approved, we will request the item to be returned via economical postal service.

Please pack the item securely and send it back to us.

Once we receive the return, a replacement unit will be sent.
