Thank you for your order with us.  We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service and we try our best to make timely delivery of your purchases. Please review our shipping policy to understand our shipping procedures and guidelines.

1. Order Processing/ Production Time:

• We will take  4-10 weeks to work on your order to complete (days depending on order Quantity/Statue sizes);  Sizes available from 3 inches up to 18 inches tall bust models; Most of our orders are prepaid 100%.           COD payment mode is unavailable at present. Customers are welcome to discuss by whatapp for any specific request to arrange delivery within a specific time period (by paying additional charges). Depends on work load we discuss with our team internally and inform you about possiblities regarding priority base orders. 

2. Shipping Methods:

• We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping:  Private Courier & India Post

  • International Shipping: India Post / International Postal services

3. Shipping Rates:

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

• We may offer free shipping promotions for specific products or order values (applicable to domestic orders only). Please check our website or promotional materials for details. 

4. Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/ whataspp message with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the respective courier's website.

5. Shipping days:  

2-14 days in India via Private couriers/ India Post/ Tracking enabled (Domestic orders) &

7-25 days for International locations by International postal services /

 

With regular postal delivery schedules,  this estimated period is mentioned here.

Due to the Artwork nature, sometimes we may need to take additional time to complete the whole task, Please consider this before you place an order.

6. Customs and Duties (for International Orders):

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

• While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances or shipping carrier delays may occur. In case of a delayed or lost shipment, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and will arrange the delivery of the parcel as early as possible.
